Since our inception, the GUE organization has placed a high premium on the opinions of our membership. Historically the flow of information was drawn from member feedback and detailed review of GUE’s industry-leading quality assurance reports. In order to further enhance the quality of our products and services we are proud to institute another industry first. This process supports the ability of GUE members to directly affect the operational procedures at GUE.

You can affect the GUE process by completing a Request for Change (RFC) application, which is sent to GUE's Program Directors for review, and if deemed a worthwhile consideration, sent on to GUE Training Council for deliberation.
The process is as follows:

Complete the following webform with your proposal
This RFC document will be distributed to the Program Directors, and potentially the Training Council, for discussion.
If your suggestion is adopted it will be translated into a Technical Bulletin and distributed to the GUE community, listing the submission author. This Tech Bulletin will be absorbed into future iterations of GUE’s procedural documents.

You may be contacted to discuss your RFC proposal or possible modifications to the request you submitted.

We view this process as a valuable opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of GUE members while guiding the organization in our quest for excellence.
